Our client is a busy and vibrant Gastro Pub with Rooms, set within an idyllic area of Berkshire, close to the River Thames, and they require an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The kitchen brigade serves in excess of 100 covers per day and focus on providing their customers with the finest quality food produced from fresh ingredients.
The Sous Chef will be expected to work with the Head Chef to maintain high standards in the quality of food, both in its preparation and presentation and to run the kitchen when the head chef is away.

The ideal candidate will be offered a salary of £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience plus Profit share.
