Our client requires a Sous Chef for their Beautiful Country Setting Golf Club in Bucklnghamshire.
The kitchen team cater for club members, events, weddings, corporate and private parties. With forward bookings showing a growth for 2017 we now have the requirement for a strong well established Sous Chef.
As part of the permanent team you will play a key role in preparation and delivery of a wide ranging and high quality offering. You will be involved in menu and presentation development, as well as being encouraged and mentored by our experienced Head Chef to build on your knowledge and skills to fulfill your potential.
Shifts will be a mixture of prep work and service, primarily depending on the needs of the business. No split shifts
We are offering a salary up-to £25,000 depending on experience. Uniform and meals on duty included.
Due to our location your own transport is required.
