Are you looking for a great place to work? Do you like serving fresh, simple high quality traditional dishes? My clients is looking for someone that has a good head for business as well as excellent skills as a Sous Chef. You will be working with the Head Chef to help write the menus, assist in sourcing the best ingredients from the suppliers and maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen management.
You will need good organisational skills and will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. This is a vital role in this establishment and is an excellent stepping stone to work your way up to Head Chef and managing your own kitchen.
The salary range is up to £25,000 including profit share.
